James Morse - Product & AI Leader
James Morse is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in product marketing, product lifecycle management, and GTM strategies. He currently serves as Vice President of Product & Brand Marketing at SOCi, where he is driving strategy across product and brand marketing to connect innovation with narrative and accelerate growth for SOCi’s AI-driven Genius Platform and Agnets.
Previously, James served as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Ansira, where he led the company’s product vision and strategy. Following Ansira’s acquisition of BrandMuscle in July of 2024, James spearheaded the consolidation of multiple platforms into a unified solution while strategically deprecating legacy systems that no longer delivered client value. He worked closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize high-impact capabilities, and ensure successful product launches. James is known for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across teams and organizations.
During his time at BrandMuscle, James defined and expanded the company’s AI offering. Under his visionary leadership, BrandMuscle became the first in its domain to harness innovative AI solutions and strategies. This groundbreaking initiative reflects James’ renowned capability to build and lead high-performing teams that consistently deliver results. He is a fervent advocate for customer-centric product development, with a profound appreciation for the critical role that user experience and design play in crafting triumphant products.
Throughout his career, James has demonstrated a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business problems for Fortune 500+ brands. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Case Western Reserve University and his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
Outside of work, James resides in Shaker Heights, Ohio, with his wife, precocious son, and dog. He considers himself a Lego enthusiast, avid reader, and recreational cyclist.
